Founded by Thana Thienachariya and partners, this intimate venue specializes in offering a premium shabu experience. Chef Tan Kraisornkittikul, a renowned beef expert, selects a variety of unique and seasonal meat cuts, creating an evolving culinary exploration for guests.

Designed to emulate a Tokyo dining ambiance, Shabu Nashi features counter-bar seating where guests have personal pots and can watch as chefs prepare meats fresh. The interior blends traditional Japanese elements with modern touches, using dark wood and soft colors to enhance the cozy atmosphere.
While the restaurant previously featured Sendai Wagyu A5 as a special menu highlight, it currently offers Kurohana A5, a similarly prestigious beef known for its exceptional quality and flavor. The restaurant's menu is complemented by special homemade dipping sauces tailored to enhance the meats' rich flavors.

Shabu Nashi operates more as a passion project than a commercial venture, focusing on creating memorable dining experiences centered around family and friends.
